As the Team Captain, you will register your team and provide your contact information. You will then complete payment for the team. After payment is complete, you will be sent to the team management page where you will be given a link for your team members and/or volunteers.

I understand that as team captain, I am responsible for informing my team of the WRR rules, ensuring compliance, and for the behavior of my team. This includes, but is not limited to, respect for all participants, volunteers, and quiet zones in or near residential areas. Team vehicles and runners are not exempt from state and local laws, and private property is being used by the WRR and must be respected. Please help us to make this event as fun as possible.
I understanding that once registration is paid for, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, a new captain can be designated from within the team roster. I also understand that waivers (Acknowledgement and assumption of risk and release and indemnity agreement) will need to be signed and submitted by all runners and volunteers.
I understand and agree to team etiquette and the need to follow traffic laws.
I understand and agree that my team will respect the public nature of the roads of the WRR course, and of the rural location and conditions that exist on and in the area of the WRR route, and possible course changes if circumstances necessitate it.
I understand and agree to the team time restriction -37 hour time limit (a team average of a 10.7 minute per mile pace).
I understand that all teammates must be registered in the system by June 14th or they will have to fill out a waiver at check-in in order to be able to start. I furthermore understand that May 1st is the deadline to request the Rent A Volunteer option, to change my team name, to update runner paces for our start time, and to enter team member shirt size information for guaranteed shirt sizes. I understand that race management will accommodate late team member registrations to the best of their ability and will match requested shirt sizes as closely as possible.
I understand and agree that my team is responsible for providing two volunteers to cover a 6 to 8 hour shift each. I understand that I have the option of renting a volunteer by paying a donation of $120 (per volunteer/6 hours each) to cover the volunteer requirement for my team. I further understand that the cost of renting a volunteer will increase to $150 per volunteer if I pay after March 15, 2019 and $200 per volunteer if I pay after April 1, 2019.
12 Person Teams are required to provide two (2) team volunteer shifts. You may elect to rent volunteers (as a donation) for one (1) or two (2) volunteer shifts of six (6) to eight (8) hours. **This will NOT be charged on this order, and you will need to send in a check to cover this cost (Sourwood Running 2812 Old Stage Rd. Central Point, OR 97502). Rent-a-volunteers are $120 each if paid for before March 15, 2019. After March 15, 2019, they will be $150 each and after April 1, 2019, they will be $200 each. Volunteer charges will benefit the non-profit organizations that supply the volunteers. You will not be able to choose the "rent volunteers option" after May 1, 2019.
