As the Team Captain, you will register your team and provide your contact information. You will then complete payment for the team. After payment is complete, you will be sent to the team management page where you will be given a link for your team members.

I understand that as team captain, I am responsible for informing my team of the SMR rules, ensuring compliance, and for the behavior of my team. This includes, but is not limited to, respect for all participants, volunteers, and quiet zones in or near residential areas. Team vehicles and runners are not exempt from state and local laws, and private property is being used by the SMR and must be respected. Please help us to make this event as fun as possible.
I understanding that once registration is paid for, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, a new captain can be designated from within the team roster. I also understand that waivers (Acknowledgement and assumption of risk and release and indemnity agreement) will need to be signed and submitted by all runners and volunteers.
I understand and agree to team etiquette and the need to follow traffic laws.
I understand and agree that my team will respect the public nature of the roads of the SMR course, and of the rural location and conditions that exist on and in the area of the SMR route, and possible course changes if circumstances necessitate it.
I understand and agree to the team time restriction -37 hour time limit (a team average of a 10.7 minute per mile pace).
I understand that all teammates must be registered in the system by April 10th or they will have to fill out a waiver at check-in in order to be able to start. I furthermore understand that March 15th is the deadline to change my team name, to update runner paces for our start time, and to enter team member shirt size information for guaranteed shirt sizes. I understand that race management will accommodate late team member registrations to the best of their ability and will match requested shirt sizes as closely as possible.
I understand all participants MUST bring their Military ID, High School or College ID in order to race within this division. If proper ID is not presented, they will incur a $100 penalty at the race.
I understand that volunteers will be provided by Non-Profit Support Teams, and that the donation is included in my entry fee.
