Participants have chosen their start times on-line but they are allowed to swap on the day-of-race to participate with their friends & family

MUD! MUD! and More MUD!
3.1 miles of self-inflicted Sand & Misery! Run it by yourself or con your friends into suffering with you as a team!

Race Start Times

The starts will be time-trial (5 to 10 participants start at a time, with a few minute intervals) on a first-come first-served basis. You can line up to start at your discretion.
First Wave 10am
Last Wave 12noon

Course

The course will have at least 18 different obstacles spread out on a 3.1 mile sandy course along the Cowlitz River in Castle Rock beginning at the North County Sports Complex and winding through the dirt track and fairgrounds. Obstacles include: K-9 Obstacle, wire low crawl, ladder crawl, sand trap, pipe crawl, swamp pit, sea of tires, trenches, barrier wall, and more!

Our goal is to provide a competitive but fun obstacle challenge event that will draw participants of all fitness levels.

Race Timing

Chip Timing will be provided by AA Sports, Ltd. this year.

Awards & Perks

Overall male/female/team and top three in age divisions will be awarded.
Participants will receive a *long sleeve tech shirt and a finisher medal.
*Shirts guaranteed only if registered on or before May 1st.  Quantities and sizes limited after May 1st.

Post Race

Food and beer/ wine, awards.
After all that mud & water, don't forget about the hot shower!
Did someone say beer? Ashtown Brewing will be here with their delicious brews. Beer garden will be available for those 21 years and older.
